Diario nudista / Nudist Diary -Español Hola Fans, ¿cómo están? a mi ya casi se me quitan los piquetes de medusas del domingo . Estos días he estado algo ocupada porque estoy solucionando lo del cierre de mi cuenta de P4TR30N, por cierto, supongo que muchos de mis P4tr30ns se vinieron para aca, muchas gracias por eso por cierto. Pero bueno, sé que los cambios son buenos ya era hora de refrescar mi proyecto, misión y todo. Aunque siendo sincera me esta doliendo la cabeza por lo estresante que está siendo esto, pero bueno... trato de enfocarme en lo positivo. Por último, les quiero presumir que ya llevo en dieta para bajar un poco de grasa corporal 2 meses y he bajando poquito (1.5k) pero como soy muy delgada, se me nota mucho. Bajaré un poquito más y así me quedaré un tiempo. Me gusta cuidar mucho mi alimentación, ser activa, hacer ejercicio y dormir bien para que mi mente esté bien, necesito que mi cuerpo esté bien también. Saludos y que tengan un excelente miércoles.

Finally, I want to brag that I've been on a diet to lose a little body fat for two months now, and I've lost a little (1.5k), but since I'm very thin, it's noticeable. I'll lose a little more and stay that way for a while. I like to take care of my diet, be active, exercise, and sleep well so my mind is healthy. I need my body to be healthy too.

Y así como ese bosque se quemó hace poco para renovarse, mis cicatrices se van curando también.

Hello Fans, we welcome May with these wonderful, sober and wild photos taken in the spring forest of Guadalajara at dusk. I like them because the body blends perfectly with the leaves, trees, and colors of nature. And just as that forest recently burned to renew itself, my scars are healing as well.
