Because of a wrist injury I’ve had to stop making art and lost my creative outlet. I began to get really sad then I found other ways to express myself like yoga (without putting weight in my hands) and dancing. Life will go on and it’s up to us how we will react✨💓

It’s leg day! 🦵🦵🍑 Get your deep squats on with a resistance band to make it even more challenging. 😏💕😊 You can always get a challenging workout in even with just your body weight! 💗 It doesn’t matter where you are just amp up the reps until you really feel the burn, and do 4 sets of each exercise! 😍

What did I do for leg day? 💜 I like to stick to 50 glute bridges, 40 deep squats, 20 lunges, 1 min wall sits, and 30 calf raises. I will alternate each exercise and do 4-5 sets of each! 😚You don’t need any added weights and can do this anywhere!

I’m dealing with it by running, stretching, and taking time to just breathe. Its scary to think you may lose progress, but you must trust that wherever you are you can always persevere and come back with 10x the strength! Believe in yourself. It’s all a part of the journey.
