Handstands, yoga, climbing, painting.. ๐ Iโve had to adapt, and it hasnโt been as horrible as I thought it would because itโs giving me new activities to focus my energy on! Itโs made me slow down and focus my energy on stretching and light activities like walking. Iโm getting to really observe and appreciate the nature around me. ๐ชด Know that life will throw these challenges your way, but what you choose to do from then on is in your control. ๐ฅฐ Begin to see the positive in everything around you๐๐๐ซถ

A recent wrist injury has prevented me from lots of exercises, but Iโm able to still stretch and meditate daily to keep my mind at peace. โฎ๏ธ ๐

For me handstands have been a love/hate relationship.๐โจ I love seeing the progress, but it was super frustrating when I first began. It was lots of work getting over the fear of falling backwards and lots of conditioning the shoulders and core. Now itโs one of my favorite things to work on, and I couldnโt imagine a world without them๐ฅฐ๐
