Hey guys. How's going?
Yesterday I was drinking late with friends.
I ate chocolate cake late at night😱Oh well~
Actually, I gained about 2 kilos recently
I think I have gained some muscle, but I simply eat too much sweets haha
I was actually depressed to the point of crying about the title match until about Wednesday, but I'm really ok now 🤣
I told the trainer at the gym all about it and feel better!
Maybe the middle of change is the most painful.
I just have to believe in myself and hang in there✨️
I've been in personal training for 6 months now!
I was the one who wanted to train alone because I'm shy, but I'm enjoying it🤣
I'm recording every training session in a notebook, and I'm almost on my third book.
I recommend writing it down so you can see your growth!
Tomorrow is the show, so I will challenge myself with a fresh mind 🙌

昨日は友達と遅くまで飲んでいました
深夜にチョコレートケーキを食べてしまった😱
まあいいか!
実は最近太りました。2キロぐらい😥
筋肉もついたと思うけど、シンプルにお菓子の食べ過ぎ😀
実は水曜日ぐらいまでタイトルマッチの事を思い出して泣くほど落ち込んでいたけど、今は本当に大丈夫🤣
ジムのトレーナーに全部話したら楽になった!
変化している最中が1番苦しいのかも。ただ自分を信じて頑張ろうと思った✨️
なんとなく始めたパーソナルトレーニングももう半年経過してたよ!
人見知りだから1人でトレーニングしたい私でしたが、楽しく続けられてます🤣
毎回ノートに記録を書いているんですが、もうすぐ3冊目に到達します。成長が分かるからメモするのはおすすめ!
明日は試合!新しい気持ちでいく🙌
あと明日はストリーミングをやります。11pm JSTから!(明日10am ESTです)
