Morning is not just the beginning of the day, this is the time when we lay the foundation for our productivity and mood. Each of us has our own morning rituals that help us start the day correctly. And I have 3 unchanged habits, without which my morning is simply unthinkable.
I want to offer you a small game: try to guess which 3 routes from the list below I always do in the morning.
Here are options. Among them are the same three, without which my day does not begin:
A. Intensive morning training for 60 minutes 💪
B. Meditation in complete silence for 15 minutes 🧘♀️
