



Today was chest and triceps🏋🏻♀️😍🙌🏻And the dips are starting to feel good enough to push through a little more🙏😍Dips was 4 sets with 35 kg (77 lb) as dropsæt and last exercise before finishing of my triceps 😈☠️I did the following:4 x bench 100 kg4 x dumbell pres incline 38 kg4 x dumbell flyes 32 kg4 x seated cable flyes 35 kg4 x dips 35 kg dropset4 x cable overhead extension 45 kg4 x push down narrow grip whole stack4 x cable rope extension
