There's no way I could've done this last year at this time, when I was flared up regularly from Rheumatoid Arthritis & CRPS. Last year, I moved like an 80 year old woman no joke and was in agony bc of pain and my mobility restrictions, could hardly move my fingers and arms were hella weak. I could hardly lift a glass of water but did this today?! SO MUCH PROGRESS IN SUCH A SHORT TIME AHHHHHH!!!! 🤗
