I don't feel like I'm doing anything right. logically, I know that's not true, but that feeling is so prominent. I'm grateful for my friends on here. you guys have been so nice and have been checking on me. thank you, for that. today, I've just kinda been going through the motions. I'm definitely counting down the days, until january is here. that being said, I have coping mechanisms I use. I take my mental health super seriously. I have a really good support system in place. I have been reaching out to them. I'm being careful not to self-isolate. so, if you're going through the same thing, I promise you're not alone. as always, I'm working my way through my DMs. I do work at the hospital tonight. so, I promise you will get a reply, it may just take a bit.
