Hi hi hi! I’ve finally fully recovered this weird wrist injury I had and I’m back at 2 hours of pole practice a day! I’ve missed pole so much but you’ll have to bear with me being tired as hell as I readjust to the hard workouts. Super excited to start posting pole vids again after the move!
